This two-day event offers a unique opportunity for extensive face-to-face meetings with manufacturers hosting the booths at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center (Hall F) on Sunday, June 1 and distributors and independent manufacturers’ reps hosting on Monday, June 2. There will also be an opportunity to meet with ISA service providers and master distributors members on both June 1-2.

How to buy a Booth

Manufacturer/Supplier on June 1: 10x10 Booth = $650    
Additional 10x10 booths are $265

Distributors and Independent Manufacturers Reps on June 1.  There is no cost for booth rental for distributors and independent manufacturers’ representatives.

Master Distributors on June 1:  10x10 Booth = $650. Additional 10x10 booths are $265.

Service Providers on June 1 and 2:  A one time rental fee of $315 will be charged for member Service Providers for both days. Additional booths are $135. 

Non-member Service Providers are welcome to exhibit on June 1 and 2 at a booth rental fee of $650 for a 10x10 booth. Additional booth is $265. 

Service Providers only pay a one day fee but exhibit on both days.

Suppliers/Manufacturers and Service Providers will select their own booths for the Trade Fair Booth Program. Registration and booth payment must be received to complete booth selection process.

The Safety Pavilion at this year's Trade Fair will focus on bringing together the best safety suppliers with a group of distributors anxious to meet and expand their knowledge and relationships in these areas of growing sales and profitability.

Interested Suppliers are invited to select their booth in this Pavilion. Safety Suppliers will be required to select a booth in the Safety Pavilion.

How Do I Reserve A Booth?

Space is Limited!  All booths are sold on a first come, first-serve basis. You may choose any booth or combination of booths. Your reservation will be processed only if payment accompanies your registration.

TRADE FAIR POLICIES

Manufacturers/Suppliers, Master Distributors, and Service Providers may purchase a booth. Distributor and IMR companies receive a complimentary booth included in their registration fee. Booths reserved by April 18 will be included in the preprinted program. Booths reserved between April 19-May 15 will be included in an on-site supplemental list.

Please note:

  • FastMatch Access is only available to companies with booths. FastMatch is not available to any company electing not to host a booth.
  • Branches must register at the same time to ensure adjacent booths.
  • Complete your company product information or competitor companies on the registration form in order to ensure proper booth location.
  • Booths have an 8’ high back wall, 3’ side rails, carpeting, wastebasket, 8’ draped table, 4 chairs, and a two-line 7” x 44” identification sign.


Sunday, June 1—Manufacturer Trade Fair
Manufacturers, Master Distributors, and Service Providers are eligible to exhibit. Once registration and payment are processed, information will be sent electronically regarding booth selection and FastMatch appointments.

Manufacturers can elect to participate in the Trade Fair Safety Pavilion. This special “show within a show" focuses on bringing together the best safety suppliers with a group of distributors anxious to meet and expand their knowledge and relationships in these areas of growing sales and profitability. Complete your registration form accordingly if your company would like to participate.

Master Distributors will be assigned booth locations and will keep the same booth if exhibiting on Monday, June 2 as well.

Service Providers will be limited to booth locations in the BizTech Pavilion and must exhibit on Sunday, June 1 and Monday, June 2.


Monday, June 2—Distributor Trade Fair
Distributors, Independent Manufacturer's Representatives, Master Distributors, and Service Providers are eligible to exhibit. Booth locations are assigned for all expect Service Providers who can select their booth in the Biz Tech Pavilion. ISA will make every effort to separate competitors, but can not guarantee the distance.
