This two-day event offers a unique opportunity for extensive face-to-face meetings with manufacturers hosting the booths at the San Antonio Convention Center on Tuesday, April 21 and distributors and independent manufacturers' reps hosting on Wednesday, April 22. There will also be an opportunity to meet with ISA service providers and master distributors members on both April 21-22.

Trade Fair Hours

Tuesday, April 21, 2009
9:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
FastMatch appointments: 10:45 a.m. – 12 noon; 2:15 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday, April 22, 2009
8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Continental Breakfast will be available on the Trade Fair floor
Box Lunch will be available at 12:00 noon
FastMatch appointments: 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

How to buy a Booth

Manufacturer/Supplier on April 21: 8x10 Booth = $650    
Additional 8x10 booths are $265
Manufacturers/Suppliers can select their own booths. Register Now!

Distributors and Independent Manufacturers Reps on April 22: There is no cost for booth rental for distributors and independent manufacturers' representatives.
Booths will be assigned by ISA. Register Now!

Master Distributors on April 21-22:   8x10 Booth = $650. Additional 8x10 booths are $265. Register Now!

Member Service Providers on April 21-22:   8x10 Booth = $325. Additional 8x10 booths are $135. This fee includes both days. Member Service Providers can choose their own booths.Register Now!

Non-member Service Providers on April 21-22: 8x10 Booth = $650. Additional 8x10 booths are $265. This fee includes both days. Non-member Service Providers can choose their own booths.

Booth registration should be completed with the first delegate's conference registration. A representative from your company must be registered for the conference in order to qualify to exhibit at the Trade Fair.

Manufacturers/Suppliers registration and booth payment must be received to complete booth selection process.

Specialty Chemicals, Cleaners & Fluids Pavilion

The Pavilion, or show-within-a-show concept, gives distributors a chance to visit with Specialty Chemicals, Cleaners & Fluids suppliers. Pavilion vendors can increase their visibility throughout the industry, improve sales and broaden their brand recognition by exhibiting products and services in the Specialty Chemicals, Cleaners and Fluids Pavilion.

Distributors can visit with suppliers to learn about new products in this category. The Specialty Chemicals, Cleaners & Fluids Pavilion provides one convenient location to exchange ideas about how to partner to uncover new business opportunities.

If you want to present your products and/or services to top-level industrial distributors and manufacturers, you won't find a better concentration of prospective customers than at the Specialty Chemicals, Cleaners & Fluids Pavilion.

"Green" Awareness

We're inviting distributors and manufacturers that offer environmentally friendly products, services or processes to highlight those capabilities during the Trade Fair Program. Attendees should watch for the special designation in the official Conference Book Program to locate companies that plan to display their "green" offerings.

Trade Fair Policies

Manufacturers/Suppliers, Master Distributors, and Service Providers may purchase a booth. Distributor and IMR companies receive a complimentary booth included in their registration fee. Booths reserved by March 6 will be included in the preprinted program. Booths reserved between March 7 and April 6 will be included in an on-site supplemental list.

Please note:

• Divisions/branches must register at the same time to ensure adjacent booths.
• Booths have an 8’ high back wall, 3’ side rails, carpeting, wastebasket, 8’ draped table, 4 chairs, and a two-line 7” x 44” identification sign.

Tuesday, April 21 — Manufacturer Trade Fair
Manufacturers, Master Distributors, and Service Providers are eligible to exhibit. Once registration and payment are processed, information will be sent electronically regarding booth selection and FastMatch appointments.

Manufacturers can elect to participate in the Trade Fair Specialty Chemicals, Cleaners & Fluids Pavilion. This special "show within a show" focuses on bringing together the best specialty chemicals, cleaners & fluids suppliers with a group of distributors anxious to meet and expand their knowledge and relationships in these areas of growing sales and profitability. Complete your registration form accordingly if your company would like to participate.

Master Distributors will be assigned booth locations and will keep the same booth if exhibiting on Wednesday, April 22 as well.
