Fast Match Makes it Easy to Schedule Appointments
FastMatch is the Trade Fair electronic scheduling system and making appointments is easier than ever. When you register, you'll be assigned a single password to gain access to the FastMatch system. Users can schedule appointments with distributors, manufacturers, independent manufacturers' reps and service providers. We've worked to streamline the system and make it more user-friendly to improve your ability to schedule appointments with new and potential customers.
The first hour of the Manufacturer and Distributor Booth Programs are open time. You may begin to schedule FastMatch appointments from 10:45 a.m. to 12 noon, and 2:15 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21 and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22. Don't forget to allow time for lunch breaks when scheduling FastMatch appointments.
Companies attending the ISCTF can appoint optional FastMatch "coordinators" to track scheduled meetings, locations and cancellations for all Trade Fair attendees from the company. The FastMatch coordination can help speed the meeting process, ensure companies meet all their appointments and improve relationships with current and potential partners. FastMatch coordinators will only be copied on meeting requests/notifications. If the FastMatch coordinator will need to manage the meetings, the conference registrant's login credentials will be needed. Once you log into the FastMatch site, you will be able to assign a FastMatch Coordinator for your company. Each registrant for the company must enter the FastMatch Coordinator information to allow access to requests and notifications.
As an added benefit, FastMatch allows exhibitors to add a new level of detail about their companies to their company profile. On the "My Account" section of the site, exhibitors can add website links and electronic brochures that will better describe and promote their company. This information uploaded in advance will greatly enhance the quality of your meetings.
