GENERAL REGISTRATION POLICIES

The ISA Conference and Trade Fair is open to all MROP channel partners. Any MROP distributor, manufacturer/supplier, manufacturers’ representative or industry service provider is welcome to attend.

Non members who attended the 2007 Conference can not attend again without becoming an ISA member.

Conference registrations will not be processed without payment. Full registrations are required for anyone attending the Trade Fair. Register and pay for 2 full delegates and a YEF delegate can register at ½ price.

Full registrations includes conference educational sessions, social functions, and the Trade Fair.

Registrations received by April 18 will be listed in the conference program. Registrations after this date will be included in an on-site supplemental list.
Registrations after May 15 will be ONLY accepted on site at the conference.

Conference badges are required for entry into Conference and Trade Fair events.

Early Bird On or before April 18
Full Delegate $550 YEF Delegate $225 (with two full paying delegates)

Advance April 19 to May 15
Full Delegate $605 YEF Delegate $305 (with two full paying delegates)

On-site after May 15 (only accepted on site at the conference)
Full Delegate $605 YEF Delegate $305 (with two full paying delegates)

Conference Educational Sessions Only - $175
Available only to additional delegates from a company with registered full conference delegates. These registrants can not attend the Trade Fair.

CONFIRMATIONS AND CONFERENCE BADGES
All registrants will receive a registration and badge confirmation to their email address listed on the registration form within 10 business days of form receipt. Confirmations will also be emailed to the group contact. Review your confirmation notice for accuracy and send ISA any changes. If you do not receive a confirmation within that time frame, contact the ISA office at 215-320-3862 or 1-866-460-2360 and ask for ISA Registration. Badges will be mailed to company contacts if your registration is received by April 18 on May 19. For registrations received after April 18, badges will be available at the On-site Check-in/Badge Pick-Up desk.

PROGRAM BOOK
Conference program books will be mailed with badges in mid-May. Only attendees who have registered by April 18 will be included in this book. Registrations after April 18 will be included in an on-site supplemental list.

SPOUSE/GUEST
This year Spouse/Guest registration is complimentary. Spouse/Guest badges will allow access to the Opening Reception (June 1), the General Session with a performance by The Capitol Steps (June 2), and access to the Spouse/Guest Hospitality Station at the Hyatt Regency. Spouse/Guests unfortunately are not invited to attend the educational track programs, the luncheons, or the Trade Fair.
