Opportunities for Sponsorship

ISA is seeking sponsors for the most high profile events of the Conference & Trade Fair. These events cover a broad range of educational and networking forums, so sponsors can select the program or event that best exemplifies the message that they want to send to the conference attendees.

Opening Reception - $5,000 (limited to 3 sponsors)
Sponsorship earns your company:

  • Signs/recognition in registration area and at the Trade Fair entrance
  • Recognition at all food stations and bars
  • Recognition on printed napkins and stir sticks
  • Signs outside the reception hall
  • Banners inside the reception area

Trade Fair Breaks - $1,500 (1 sponsor for each lunch event)
Sponsorship earns your company:

  • Signs/recognition in registration area and Trade Fair entrance
  • Sign outside the dining area
  • Banner inside the dining area
  • One piece of promotional material at each place setting
  • Invitation for sponsoring company delegate at the luncheon
  • Recognition of sponsor at luncheon introductions

 

Conference Track Programming - $1,000 (limited to 4 sponsors)
Sponsorship earns your company:

  • Signs/recognition in registration area and Trade Fair entrance
  • Sign outside conference meeting room
  • Signs inside the meeting room
  • Customized note pads at tables
  • One piece of promotional material at each place setting
  • Attendance by company delegates

     

    Refreshment Breaks During Conference Conference Track Programs
    $1,500 (limited to 1 sponsor)
    Sponsorship earns your company:

  • Signs/recognition in registration area and Trade Fair entrance
  • Signs at all refreshment break stations

 

Trade Fair Food Stations - $1,500 (limited to 2 sponsors)
Sponsorship earns your company:

  • Signs/recognition in registration area and Trade Fair entrance
  • Signs at all food stations

YEF Golf Tournament - $1,500 $1,000 $500 $250 (no limit)
Sponsorship earns your company:

  • Recognition at the Tournament, the 2008 Executive Development Retreat, and the Community Outeach Project, as well as at the 2008 Industrial Supply Conference & Trade Fair.
  • Platinum sponsors ($1,500) receive 4 YEF Golf Tournament registration fees,
    plus a “hole sign”
  • Gold sponsors ($1,000) receive 2 YEF Golf Tournament registration fees, plus a “hole sign”
  • Silver sponsors ($500) receive 1 YEF Golf Tournament registration fee
